J&C Aero, an international aviation center for innovation in cabin transformation and CAMO, achieved a 50% YTY growth in seat repair and refurbishment capacities with more than 1600 seats already delivered to customers during the first four months of 2023.

During T1 2023, J&C Aero engineers and technicians inspected, overhauled, and refurbished 1620 Economy and Business class seats for Airbus A320 Family passenger cabins. In addition, all of the seats received brand new seat covers produced in-house by the company’s sewing team and using natural or nearly natural synthetic leather. Furthermore, the seats were kitted with life vest pouches and, where required, headrest covers.

“All the efforts that we invested into the expansion of our production, already started to bear fruits. Thanks both to the growth of our team and process automation, in the first four months we already delivered half as many seats as we did over the entire 2022. It is a big accomplishment for us and we are very grateful to the customers that entrust us with larger, more complex projects,” commented Vitalijus Malyška, COO at J&C Aero.

J&C Aero is an international aviation center for innovation in cabin transformation and CAMO. As an EASA-certified design, production, maintenance, and CAMO organization, J&C Aero provides extensive cabin interior and repair solutions for narrow and wide-body aircraft operators and owners.

The range of the company’s services covers cabin interior design and production, aircraft line and parts maintenance, engineering and continuing airworthiness management, aircraft teardown and spare parts supply, as well as special-purpose STC and VIP cabin solutions.

J&C Aero holds EASA Part 21J, Part 21G, Part 145, and CAMO approvals, supplemented by multiple STCs, authorizations, and other approvals.
