JCB Aero, already renowned for their specialization in VIP and Airline aircraft cabin completion and refurbishment, expanded its operations by launching their MRO activities in mid-October 2024. Additionally, the recent acquisition of the significant engineering company Kreative Engineering Services has enabled JCB Aero to offer a fully integrated portfolio of services for the aircraft and cabin.

As one of the pioneering companies to provide first and business class suites for airlines, JCB Aero supplies major components to leading industry companies, for prime cabins such as a large domestic airline carrier and a major Middle East airline carrier, the latter with whom they recently signed a new contract. JCB Aero has all the machinery and capabilities for serial business seat production in one place.

Nearly a year ago, JCB Aero opened its hangar doors to welcome their first aircraft for MRO services. Since then, they are proud to have successfully redelivered over 20+ aircraft. For those familiar with JCB Aero’s origins, knows that MRO has always been a core business activity. Returning to this foundation, JCB Aero is excited to manage comprehensive MRO maintenance for both Airbus and Boeing aircraft and cabins.

Supported by their expanded engineering team and in-house production capabilities, JCB Aero designs, manufactures, and delivers a wide range of composite panels and floorboards tailored to customer specifications. Their advanced facilities include one of France’s largest 3D printer and 5-Axis CNC machine, enabling them to produce molds and other components with the highest level of component finish, as well as exceptional machining speed, reliability, structural rigidity, operating flexibility and productivity.

These developments represent a significant new chapter in JCB Aero’s growth, further solidifying their commitment to providing innovative, high-quality aerospace solutions.
