Magnetic MRO presented a new component supply program for Boeing 737 NG operators, owners and maintenance organizations  Full Flight Control Kit. The kit includes a complete ready-to-GO list of primary and secondary flight controls that are available for worldwide delivery.

Magnetic MRO prepared a complete Serviceable Boeing 737 NG kit with EASA Form 1 certificate, which is in ‘ready-to-GO’ condition.

“Anyone who is in the aircraft spare parts market for at least some time can easily imagine the chaos when it comes to finding and sourcing various flight control components. The market does lack flight control solutions – the supply, particularly of complete set of both primary and secondary controls, is quite limited,” explains Inga Duglas, Chief Commercial Officer at Magnetic MRO.

“Usually, these types of components are scattered throughout the globe and multiple vendors which, eventually, significantly prolongs delivery times and further increases AOG costs. Plus, it’s quite rare to find a flight control in serviceable condition. Being an MRO ourselves, we understood that the situation can and should be changed and thus decided to offer a solution for the airlines and aircraft owners – ‘ready to GO’ B737 NG flight control kit.”

The kit includes Krueger flaps, spoilers, leading-edge slats, rudder, elevators, trailing edge flaps, and ailerons. The kits are stored in Magnetic MRO’s hub in Warsaw, Poland and can reach all major world locations with 24-48 hours. The components are available for sale, loan and exchange, and come both in a kit and as standalone items.
