Resource Group, a leading provider of flight crew services and EASA Part-147 aviation technical training, are pleased to confirm official launch of new eLearning products for flight crew. Since the launch of our first online aviation technical training courses in October 2011 we have sold over 29,500 courses to date to corporate and private clients across the globe.

The following flight crew courses are now available and have been developed to meet all applicable requirements:

  • Upset Prevention Recovery Training (UPRT) theory
  • Dangerous Goods Awareness (DGA) for ‘No Carry’ operators
  • Minimum Navigation Performance Specification NAT HLA (MNPS)
  • Reduced Vertical Separation Minimum (RVSM)
  • Summer and Winter Operations (SWOPS)

It is planned to develop an initial 18 flight crew specific courses for the open market.

The brand new UPRT course complies with the latest EASA groundschool requirements (EASA AMC/GM to annex III PART-ORO effective May 2016), FAA requirements (FAA AC120-111) and ICAO DOC 10011 “Manual on aeroplane upset prevention and recovery training”.

In addition to these new courses Resource Group has also developed a number of highly customised aircraft specific SOP and SEP courses for operators of corporate and VIP aircraft where each aircraft has a customised and individual cabin configuration.

All courses have been developed to be SCORM compliant allowing organisations with an existing LMS to buy access to courses that are then hosted on their own Learning Management System (LMS). If required such courses can be further adapted to reflect client branding.

Stephan Hickman, Managing Director of Resource Group’s Flight Crew Services business commented “Our e-learning products provide a highly cost effective alternative to class room led training. Featuring high-quality content and supported by a capable and powerful LMS, we are already delivering training to a significant European operator across their three AOC’s with more than 200 flight crew to date, which has validated the quality of the content and efficiency gains achievable“.
