Nomad Aviation has started to offer maintenance and hangarage services at its Basel, Switzerland facility at the beginning of August 2018. The company, branded as Nomad Technics AG, occupies a 7’400 m2 heated hangar together with 7’000 m2 ramp space at the international EuroAirport. Hangar and ramp can accommodate aircraft up to the size of the Airbus A320 family and the Boeing 737 series.
The EASA Part-145 approved organization provides maintenance inspections and none routine repair work on Cessna Citation 525 and Bombardier Challenger series aircraft. Starting in October 2018 line and base maintenance will be available for Bombardier Global, Global XRS, Global 6000, Embraer Legacy 600 and 650 business jets. In addition the company offers AOG 24/7 support. At the beginning of 2019 maintenance capabilities will be extended to the A320 family and Boeing 737 series. Nomad Technics offers hangarage and / or ramp space for just overnight parking or on a long term contract basis. In addition storage areas for customer parts and equipment are available.
