Alsim is very pleased to announce the sale of an ALX SEP (Cessna 172) MEP (PA44) and Beech 200 to OMNI Aviation Group, one of the largest private Portuguese aviation groups, located in Portugal with branches in Brazil and Cape Verde.

The OMNI Aviation Group offers expertise and know-how in almost every area of aviation: Commercial Aviation, Business Aviation, Maintenance, Training, Emergency Medical Air Services and Aviation Support Areas (Ground Handling and Consulting).

The OMNI Aviation Training Center (OATC) is one of the companies within the Group, a flight school that offers various aviation training courses and which it´s based upon the following principles: Safety, Quality, Demanding Educational standards and Technological Innovation.

The group has been Alsim’s client since 2008 and already owned an AL200 MCC. Alsim proposed OMNI a buy back of their old simulator to replace it with an ALX.

Joaquim Oneto, the OMNI Aviation Training Center Head of Training, tells us more about their choice: We were very satisfied with our AL200 MCC and Alsim’s after sales service but we needed a simulator that complies with Commission Regulation (EU) 2016/539 and the requirement for performance-based navigation (PBN). The AL200 MCC, although an excellent training tool, does not have that capability. That is the reason why we chose the ALX.”

Audrey Jeffroy, Alsim Sales Director, emphasizes on this continuous partnership: “We were very happy to propose such a great tool to our client OMNI and we know it will help them keeping a high standard of their training.”
