Magnetic MRO announced they have recently signed the extended Managed IT and Cloud services agreement with BTT Cloud. BTT Cloud is a managed IT services provider with Lithuanian capital that has been operating successfully for more than a decade. Since the global pandemic has hit the world in early 2020, the digitalization and role of well-balanced IT processes have increased significantly, thus, according to the Magnetic MRO’s representatives, such collaboration was a natural step. BTT Cloud is a partner to Magnetic MRO since 2014 with an overall 13 year’s experience in IT business. However, before this expanded agreement BTT Cloud have mainly supported Vilnius-based users and related IT infrastructure. Now BTT Cloud will provide full-scope managed IT services to all employees across Baltics and will take care of whole IT and cloud infrastructure that drives all business-critical workloads.
With this strategic partnership, Magnetic MRO aims to work further on standardizing the IT infrastructure and IT services while applying best practices and new technologies. This will enable business growth and provide employees with high quality, timely support which will allow Magnetic MRO teams to fully focus on their core activities and solutions that create more value to the business.
“IT plays a vital role in most businesses, however, the aviation industry has been somewhat slower to adopt it. Like many jokes, this year the COVID-19 has accelerated the digitalization as no one ever before, and I would not argue with that: it did, indeed, push us to make this decision faster. Thus with the recently expanded partnership with BTT Cloud, we are taking one more step towards the digitalization,” shared Rolandas Dirgela, IT Manager at Magnetic MRO.
„I am very pleased with the Magnetic MRO decision to expand the strategic partnership with us. BTT Cloud is known as an ambitious and ever-growing company so we are sure we have a lot to offer to companies like Magnetic MRO, from the daily managed IT and Cloud services to support in innovations and integrate new solutions in a complex business. Also, we have experience working with companies within the aviation industry and have an in-depth understanding of what works and what does not, so we are ready to use our expertise in this partnership and implement the best practices together with Magnetic MRO team,“ shares Donatas Zaveckas, CEO at BTT Cloud.
