PAS Technologies Inc. a specialized provider of cost-effective original equipment manufacturing (OEM) and maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) products, services and solutions for the commercial and military aerospace, industrial gas turbine, and oil and gas markets, announced today that it has acquired Bolton Aerospace.

Based in Manchester, Connecticut, Bolton Aerospace is a subtier supplier of precision machined products whose customers are direct OEM suppliers to commercial, aerospace and defense manufacturers. Bolton Aerospace is characterized by a high degree of flexibility, capable of delivering manufacturing services ranging from one operation through complete sub-assemblies with complex, multi-process parts—all supported by required documentation and certifications.

“The Bolton Aerospace acquisition provides PAS Technologies with a manufacturing presence in the aerospace rich region of New England; complements the company’s global presence; and provides increased capacity and capability to serve customers,” said Thomas C. Hutton, Chief Executive Officer of PAS Technologies. “PAS customers will also benefit from the enhanced, close tolerance, precision machining capabilities provided by Bolton Aerospace.”

Bolton Aerospace has more than 30 years of experience in precision manufacturing of aerospace engine parts. The company has earned a reputation as a trusted source for high quality performance, on time delivery, ability to respond to short notice, urgent schedule requirements, along with competitive pricing.
