A partnership between Constant Aviation and Nextant Aerospace was announced to offer 604XT upgraded, refurbished and customized aircraft directly to end-buyers. Under the partnership, Nextant Aerospace will acquire a Challenger 604 aircraft on behalf of the end-buyer, carry it through the upgrade/completion process and deliver the aircraft to the end-buyer in accordance with the buyer’s specifications, needs and desires in one seamless process. Constant Aviation, acting in its capacity as a Nextant Authorized Center, will upgrade the aircraft with a Nextant 604XT Next Generation Flight Deck while refurbishing and customizing the aircraft in accordance with the industry’s highest quality standards.
“We are happy to partner with Nextant Aerospace to offer this turnkey solution for aircraft buyers seeking to acquire a 604XT without going through the complication and time commitment required to acquire a pre-owned aircraft and manage it though the upgrade and completion process,” said Randy Znamenak, Vice President of Sales for Nextant. “As a further benefit, financing through industry leading institutions is also available.”

604XT completed aircraft are upgraded with Nextant’s 604XT Flight Deck, which features Collins Aerospace’s next generation Pro Line Fusion® Avionics, along with options for a customized passenger cabin, intuitive cabin management, satellite connectivity, and artisan exterior paint performed by Constant Aviation.
“The partnership is a natural extension of the Constant Aviation/Nextant Aerospace relationship that enables the two companies to synergize their core expertise to satisfy the market’s growing interest in the 604XT,” said Znamenak. “604XT buyers will enjoy the simplicity of the process and high quality of the completion, along with the added benefit of bundling the aircraft acquisition and completion together into one aircraft purchase agreement to streamline financing and tax preparation.”
