Pilatus Aircraft Ltd has appointed Air Alliance GmbH as Authorized Pilatus Sales and Service Centre for the PC-6.
Air Alliance GmbH will be responsible for all future sales and maintenance activities in connection with the legendary Pilatus Porter PC-6 in Germany and Austria.
Pilatus has opted to reinforce its business relationship with Air Alliance GmbH at Siegerland Airport in Germany. Already operating with success as Authorized Pilatus Sales and Service Centre for the PC-12 and PC-24, Air Alliance will now offer the same range of services for the PC-6.
Wolfgang Krombach, Managing Director of Air Alliance GmbH, comments:
"The Pilatus Porter has been used in Germany and Austria for many years, where it is widely appreciated for its short takeoff and landing performance, as well as its ability to operate in and out of almost any terrain. The PC-6 is an extremely versatile aircraft. In our latitudes it enjoys a firmly established reputation as the ideal para-dropping aircraft, but it is also very well suited to cartography and measurement flights. We are delighted to have been appointed to sell the PC-6 and anticipate great potential for this unique aircraft."
Ignaz Gretener, VP General Aviation at Pilatus adds:
"The PC-6 is well known as a tough ‘all-rounder' with unbeatable STOL capabilities. Characterised as always by its solid construction, tried and tested systems and proven Swiss quality, the latest version of the PC-6 also features a glass cockpit with ultra-modern Garmin G950 avionics for simple, reliable flying. Air Alliance already sells and provides maintenance services for our PC-12 with great success. We are therefore confident that we have found the ideal partner to sell our PC-6 and provide the high quality after-sales support with which Pilatus products are traditionally associated."
