Three months after the certification of its INTEGRAL R aircraft, AURA AERO delivered the first INTEGRAL R to Dijon Voltige, France’s iconic aerobatics club, who became the launch customer for this aircraft. The reception of INTEGRAL R marks the culmination of a five-year certification and production process. INTEGRAL R performed its first flight in June 2020, at Toulouse-Francazal airport. Tests, as part of the certification campaign, ended on 8 November 2024 and EASA certification was delivered on 18 December 2024. Series production was launched straight after, with a target production rate of 15 aircraft in 2025.
Jérémy Caussade, Co-founder and CEO of the company, commented: "Dijon Voltige has trusted us from the beginning and has supported us throughout the aircraft development process. We are very proud to share with them this key moment in the company’s history. "
Fabien Raison, Co-founder and Chief Operations Officer, stated: « Our teams are in full swing on the production lines to deliver to our customers, in compliance with the highest standards of quality. We are looking forward to producing these aircraft in our Toulouse plant, where all our know-how is concentrated. INTEGRAL R is just the beginning of the story for us."
For Dijon Voltige, the fact that AURA AERO offers a plane delivering the highest standards in terms of safety clearly counted in the choice. Stéphane Thibodaux, President of Dijon Voltige, said: "INTEGRAL R is the safest aircraft in its category, especially with its whole aircraft rescue parachute. Safety is paramount for us in the choice of an aerobatics aircraft."

AURA AERO is also developing a digital interface so that its customers can have access to personalized service, at any point in their aircraft’s lifecycle. Thanks to the cutting-edge technology embedded in INTEGRAL R, customers can log onto their account and access all the flight data, obtain a detailed debrief of pilot and aircraft behavior, and anticipate maintenance operations, significantly optimizing the availability time of their aircraft. This feature will be operational by the second half of 2025.
