Embraer announced the opening of a thousand job vacancies in Brazil with a focus on production rate recovering, Services and Support area growth, product development and new businesses. Applications and details about all career opportunities in the sectors of operations, engineering, and administration, among others, are available at the site: https://embraer.gupy.io/.

According to the estimates already presented to the market, this year the volume of aircraft deliveries will increase between 15% and 25% compared to the previous year. The growing flow to recover the company's full potential is expected to continue for the coming years, in line with reports presented by the International Air Transport Association (IATA).

"These hires materialize the strategic plan that includes the resumption of aviation growth and all investment in technology, innovation and new businesses at Embraer. We are very excited about the market prospects that generate career opportunities in several areas of the company," said Carlos Alberto Griner, vice-president People, ESG and Communication. "Alongside the talents of traditional educational programs that meet the needs of accelerated qualification and natural replacement of professionals, the new employees will contribute to our efforts to have a more agile and competitive company in an increasingly flexible and diverse work environment."

Along the last two years, Embraer has ensured the organization’s sustainability and engineering capacity in the face of the impacts caused by Covid-19 on the global economy and the cancellation of the company’s partnership with Boeing. In order to remain competitive and get through the crisis in the sector, a strategic plan was drawn up and executed, allowing the company to recover and resume a new growth cycle, including rehiring for operations.

The hiring considers a more diverse outlook, valuing individuality, ESG commitments and are connected to the trends of the future of work, with permanently remote vacancies and hybrid models for the activities, for example. A more flexible environment, which matches employees’ interest while strengthening the culture of innovation and knowledge generation, makes Embraer increasingly attractive to talents who aspire to work in the challenging aerospace sector.

At the end of 2021, the Embraer Group had about 18,000 employees.
