FLYONE Armenia orders two Airbus A321neo

FLYONE Armenia, the country’s leading airline, has finalised an order with Airbus for two A321neo aircraft, marking a significant milestone in its fleet modernisation strategy. The agreement was initially announced as a Memorandum of Understanding during French President Emmanuel Macron’s official visit to Yerevan on 5 May 2026.

The aircraft, which represent FLYONE Armenia’s first direct purchase from Airbus, will be powered by CFM International LEAP engines and configured in a high-density, all-economy layout seating 239 passengers. The addition of the two A321neos forms a central pillar of the carrier’s long-term growth plans, supporting both fleet enhancement and the expansion of its route network.

Founded in 2021, FLYONE Armenia currently operates a fleet of 11 Airbus A320 Family aircraft and has rapidly established itself as one of the region’s fastest-growing carriers. The new-generation A321neos will deliver greater operational efficiency, increased capacity, and enhanced sustainability, further strengthening the airline’s position in the competitive regional aviation market.
