Piaggio Aerospace, a leading Italian aircraft manufacturer active in the business and defence & security sectors, today announced it will participate with its Avanti EVO in the 17th edition of EBACE, the European Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition staged in Geneva, Switzerland, at the Palaexpo and Geneva International Airport between 22nd and 24th May, 2017.

EBACE is the largest European annual show focused exclusively on business aviation, attracting the global industry and government leaders, over 500 exhibiting companies and 13,000 sector professionals. EBACE is sponsored by the European Business Aviation Association (EBAA), the leading association for business aviation in Europe, and the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA), the leading voice for the business aviation industry in the US.

Piaggio Aerospace will be present with a stand and will display one of its Avanti EVO aircraft in the static area. Avanti EVO is the state-of-the-art of Piaggio Aerospace in business aviation. Currently, there are around 220 P.180 Avanti aircraft in operation globally.

Renato Vaghi, Chief Executive Officer of Piaggio Aerospace, said: “As we consider EBACE the premier international event in Europe dedicated to business aviation, this will be a hugely valuable opportunity to promote our excellence: Avanti EVO, the innovative third generation of the legendary P.180, offering superior climb performance, huge fuel savings, lower emissions compared to aircraft in the same class and the biggest stand-up cabin in class.”
