Tecnam Aircraft and Professional Aviation announced the delivery of brand-new Tecnam P2006T NG, the first of its kind to be operated by a flight academy in Italy. This milestone marks a new chapter in the partnership between the two organizations and underlines their shared commitment to providing the most advanced, efficient, and sustainable flight training solutions available today.

The delivery ceremony, held at Tecnam’s Capua headquarters, also included two new Tecnam P2008JC aircraft, further expanding Professional Aviation’s growing fleet. These two new aircraft will enhance the Academy’s single-engine training capacity and ensure consistent fleet standardization across all training phases.
P2006T NG represents the evolution of Tecnam renowned twin-engine trainer, long recognized as the aircraft of choice for leading flight schools worldwide. Equipped with the Garmin G1000 NXiintegrated glass cockpit, improved ergonomics, and Rotax 912 iS Sport engines, the aircraft delivers exceptional fuel efficiency, reduced emissions, and superior training capability.

Vito Preti, CEO & Accountable Manager of Professional Aviation commented: “Introducing the first P2006T NG in Italy is another important step in our strategy of continuous innovation. Our goal has always been to provide our cadets with the most modern aircraft available, reflecting the operational environment of today’s airlines. Together with Tecnam, we are raising the standard of pilot training once again.”

Paolo Pascale Langer, CEO of Tecnam stated: “We are delighted to see the first P2006T NG join the fleet of one of Europe’s most dynamic and forward-thinking flight academies. Professional Aviation has always been at the forefront of training innovation, and we are proud that Tecnam aircraft continue to play a central role in shaping the next generation of airline pilots.”

Professional Aviation Academy, an EASA (IT.ATO.034) and GCAA-approvedinternational flight training organization based at Ozzano dell’Emilia (Bologna, Italy), operates one of the most modern and technologically advanced fleets in Europe. The Academy currently flies 22 Tecnam aircraft, with additional units on the way, supporting the training of more than 350 students from around the world.

This delivery further strengthens the strong partnership between Tecnam and Professional Aviation, built on shared values of safety, innovation, and sustainability. Together, the two companies continue to set benchmarks for modern pilot training, providing students with the tools and experience needed to succeed in the global aviation industry.
