Textron Aviation announced at Aero India 2017 it has appointed Jubilant Enpro Private Ltd., based in Noida, India, as its newest channel partner, serving as an authorized sales representative in the region for Cessna Citation business jets and Beechcraft King Air and Cessna Caravan turboprop aircraft.

“We consistently strive to expand our global capabilities and availability to our customers, and this new appointment is our latest example of that commitment,” said Kriya Shortt, senior vice president, Sales and Marketing, Textron Aviation. “Jubilant Enpro has the in-depth knowledge of the Indian market and an established team of aviation professionals that make it an ideal strategic partner for us. As we continue to see growing demand for our aircraft in the region, we expect our customers to benefit greatly from the increased convenience and support.”

Formed in 1993, Jubilant Enpro's aerospace division serves the India region with a complete comprehensive offering of aviation products and services. Jubilant Enpro’s aerospace division has represented Textron Aviation’s sister company, Bell Helicopter, since 1995.

“Jubilant Enpro is delighted to work with Textron Aviation to market and promote the iconic brands of Cessna and Beechcraft in India,” stated Hari Bhartia, Managing Director and Shyam Bhartia, Director, Jubilant Enpro. “As the economy continues to improve, the business and general aviation sector is likely to expand exponentially. We believe that the range of products available through Textron Aviation will fulfil the needs of the business and general aviation industry for strategic mobility.”

With this appointment, Textron Aviation now has two in-region channel partners, with Aerosystems Delhi representing the company’s piston product line. The company also maintains its team of sales experts positioned throughout the region to ensure customers have direct access to the company.

With approximately 150 jets and turboprops operating throughout India, Textron Aviation has experienced great success throughout the region with its broad product portfolio. The Citation line of business jets offers an exceptional blend of performance, dependability and value, which is attractive to business and charter operators in the region, while the company’s King Air and Caravan turboprop aircraft are uniquely suited for operating in the diverse environments of the region. The King Air series has long led the turboprop market in India and the company continues to experience demand for special mission applications.
