Caribbean Airlines announces today the resignation of its CEO, Mr. Michael DiLollo with immediate effect, due to personal reasons. This has received the approval of the Board of Directors.
The Board has appointed Mr. Tyrone Tang, Chief Financial Officer, as Acting Chief Executive Officer while they conduct a search for a permanent replacement. The Board has full confidence in the senior leadership team of Caribbean Airlines to continue to implement the approved corporate strategy of the Company.
The Board of Directors thanks Mr. DiLollo for his service to the airline and wish him all the success in his future endeavours.
