Daniel Christe has been appointed chief executive officer of TAG Aviation Europe. He has replaced Christof Späth, who has stepped down from the role due to personal circumstances.

“I am very enthusiastic to take the lead of TAG Aviation Europe which enjoys an unrivaled reputation in the business aviation industry.”

Daniel Christe said: “I am very enthusiastic to take the lead of TAG Aviation Europe which enjoys an unrivalled reputation in the business aviation industry. I remain mindful about the challenges ahead in the current difficult economic environment but am privileged to have beside me the dedication and support of a very experienced management team.”

“During Mr Christe’s tenure with TAG Aviation he has demonstrated a sound understanding of the aviation business and earned the respect of his fellow colleagues and TAG shareholders alike based on his knowledge, work ethic and professionalism.”

TAG Aviation Europe operates from bases in Switzerland, the UK and Spain, the company manages Europe’s largest fleet with over 80 aircraft, of which nearly 50 are available for charter.
