Neymar is currently under investigation in Brazil over alleged tax evasion during the last two years of his Santos career between 2011 and 2013.

A Brazilian court has ordered the seizure of £33million worth of Neymar's possessions, according to reports.

Spanish outlet Marca claim the Barcelona star will have his luxury yacht and private jet reclaimed, as well as numerous properties in his home country.

Neymar is currently under investigation in Brazil over alleged tax evasion during the last two years of his Santos career between 2011 and 2013.

Earlier this year the Brazil captain was grilled in court over allegations of irregularities in his transfer to Barcelona from Santos two-and-a-half years ago.

An investment firm in Brazil which owned 40% of the player's rights claimed the fee publicly announced for Neymar was much lower than he actually cost, meaning they missed out on a substantial amount of money when the 24-year-old moved to Catalonia.

Barcelona maintain they paid just £43million for Neymar's services, while investigators in that case claim the fee was closer to £63million.

Neymar hasn't let off-field matters distract him this season though, with the forward netting 22 goals in 32 appearances in all competitions for Luis Enrique's side.

However, his ongoing legal battles have led to suggestions he is fed up with life in Spain and could be willing to move to the Premier League to escape the authorities, with Manchester United and Manchester City ready to snap him up if he becomes available.
