CAA Malaysia advances air traffic controller recruitment strategy with Airways International’s SureSelect

Airways International has entered into a new five-year partnership with the Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia (CAAM), extending the use of its SureSelect air traffic control (ATC) candidate assessment and selection platform. Under the agreement, CAAM will continue to leverage Airways International’s suite of ATC-specific assessment tools to support the recruitment and selection of future air traffic controllers. Designed to identify high-potential candidates before significant training investments are made, SureSelect provides a structured, data-driven approach to evaluating the cognitive and behavioural competencies critical to success in the ATC profession.
