Because it's maybe the time to go back in the most beautyful office, and to prepare crew return in the air, ICAO has published a guide for pilots, written by an Accredited Aviation Psychologist.

The guide aims to help pilots prepare mentally, physically and emotionally, and gives suggestions as to how to manage the change in family and close relationships that will result.
