BIAS is a commercially-focused biennial airshow that seeks to give aerospace businesses a personalised experience, offering access to high-level delegations within the aerospace community all within a dedicated arena. Established in 2010, and held under the patronage of His Majesty King Hamed bin Isa Al Khalifa, King of the Kingdom of Bahrain, the event is renowned for its world-class facilities providing an opportunity to meet with industry peers and customers and participate in the civil and military delegations programme.
Developed as an intimate gathering for senior industry players, BIAS is primarily a networking event that establishes a platform for businesses to meet with key industry players, and showcase their services and products to the international aviation community.
The fifth Bahrain International Airshow is being hosted at Sakhir Air Base, Kingdom of Bahrain, from 14-16 November 2018.
Bahrain’s Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunications strives to ensure BIAS offers businesses from across the aerospace supply chain with viable networking opportunities. Since its establishment, BIAS’ civil and military delegations programme has attracted a growing number of senior heads of industry and senior military figures.
The Exhibition Hall, which was introduced in 2014, boosted networking opportunities and the introduction of conferences in 2016 has enhanced these opportunities even further.
