Turnover, movements, hangar space and new services: the figures are all up for Geneva Airpark’s activities in 2022, and it’s looking particularly good for 2023.
First record broken in 2023
In January and February we hosted 70 different aircraft, ie almost 60% of our target for all of 2023. Compared to the 98 business jets which were sheltered during the whole of 2019 before the pandemic, these figures show the appeal of short-stay parking options and a dynamic recovery for business aviation at Geneva Airport.

eGPUs : 900 hours of energy
During their first year of operation in 2022, the 100% electric eGPUs provided 900 hours of energy. The eGPUs have proved an advantageous replacement of the APUs (Air Power Units), the use of which is restricted by Geneva airport authorities to limit nuisance.

A very positive report for 2022
Geneva Airpark’s figures returned to growth in 2022 and recorded a higher level of business than in 2019, before the Covid crisis.
2022 v 2019
2,593 total movements (up 13.5%)
4,146 total number of aircraft days in the hangar (up 4.85%)
6,996m² average hangar space occupied (up 6.6%)
Geneva Airpark also recorded a significant increase in turnover for 2022, with figures up 2.35%, 11%, and 5% respectively compared to 2019, 2020 and 2021 . Geneva Airpark has therefore returned to growth after two years of reduced activity due to the pandemic.
