On August 25th a trilateral wet lease agreement for delivery of Sukhoi SuperJet 100 aircraft to Cambodia was signed by Ilyushin Finance & Co. leasing company (IFC, Russia), Red Wings airline (Russia) and Sky Angkor Airlines (Cambodia) at MAKS-2015 international airshow.
The document was signed by RedWings CEO Evgeniy Klucharev, IFC CEO Alexander Rubtsov and Sky Angkor Airlines CEO Mak Rady.
The agreement also includes further operating leasing of two more SSJ 100 and assumes start of operation of the aircraft in late 2015 under conditions of wet leasing.
In case of successful implementation of this project, the Cambodian air carrier is going to sign an operating lease agreement with IFC for delivery of two new Sukhoi SuperJet 100 aircraft in 2016.
