Responding to rising customer interest in always-on, high-speed connectivity, Duncan Aviation has placed a prepaid order for 40 Gogo Galileo HDX systems, marking Gogo’s biggest MRO agreement this year. The move positions the leading business aviation service provider to meet expected demand while giving aircraft owners and operators faster access to one of the market’s most advanced connectivity solutions.

Nate Klenke, Duncan Aviation’s Modifications Sales Manager commented: “As expectations around inflight connectivity rise, we anticipate growing demand for Gogo Galileo HDX and are ready to support it. Having equipment on hand gives us greater flexibility to plan installations around our customers’ schedules. We have confidence in the technology and in Gogo’s ability to support our team and customers over the long term.”

Michael Skou Christensen, Chief Revenue Officer for Gogo stated: “Duncan Aviation knows what owners and operators need from their connectivity, and we’re pleased to support its team as it brings the high performance Gogo Galileo to more aircraft. Our role is to offer reliable performance and remain available to customers throughout the life of the system, with experienced aviation teams, predictable service pricing and round-the-clock support.”

To support growing demand, Gogo has invested heavily in securing a dependable supply chain, ensuring Galileo systems are available when customers are ready to install. The offering is further strengthened by enterprise-grade cybersecurity protections, transparent pricing, flexible financing solutions and round-the-clock multilingual support, delivering a customer experience designed around reliability and peace of mind.

Leveraging the Eutelsat OneWeb LEO constellation, Gogo Galileo brings high-speed, low-latency connectivity to business aircraft worldwide. The solution addresses the increasing expectation among passengers and operators that productivity, collaboration and entertainment should continue uninterrupted at altitude. Its HDX electronically steered antenna combines a lightweight, low-profile design with strong performance, making advanced satellite connectivity accessible to aircraft ranging from light jets and turboprops to ultra-long-range business jets.
