Gogo has secured a communications lease valued at more than $15 million with a sovereign government customer, reinforcing its position as a trusted provider of mission-critical airborne connectivity. The agreement will deliver geostationary satellite communications services, ensuring uninterrupted global coverage for government-operated aircraft.

For aircraft transporting senior government officials, reliable and secure communications are non-negotiable. Gogo’s GEO satellite solution provides consistent worldwide connectivity, including in regions such as Russia, China, and India, where low Earth orbit (LEO) services face operational restrictions.

Christopher Moore, Chief Executive Officer of Gogo commented: “This renewal underscores the trust we've earned through years of dependable performance and dedicated support. Our customer benefits from a proven, high-performance GEO connectivity solution backed by a team that understands the unique requirements of sovereign operators and provides around-the-clock support.O ur approach is simple: we retain only the data necessary to deliver, manage, and support our services. If information is not essential to providing the service, it is not our business."

Gogo’s global customer support organization delivers multilingual assistance 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, with the capability to deploy specialized technical personnel directly to an aircraft location within 24 hours when required.

To support secure operations, Gogo combines continuous network monitoring, advanced cybersecurity safeguards, and dedicated training programs designed specifically for government operators and flight departments, helping protect sensitive communications and mission-critical data worldwide.
