Liebherr-Aerospace has started the first overhaul of the Airbus A350 nose landing gear at its OEM facility in Lindenberg (Germany) – it is the first of this type and thus marks a historic milestone for the company that has developed and manufactured the system.
The first of an operator’s A350 nose landing gear systems has already been inducted into the overhaul process at Liebherr-Aerospace’s site in Lindenberg (Germany). Utilizing its many years of experience as an OEM and competence center for the maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) of landing gear systems, the company will perform all overhaul activities inhouse in its own facility.
