Mindtree, a digital transformation and technology services company, has announced a partnership with Dubai-based Flydubai to shape the full digital experience of the connected traveller.
Mindtree will focus on transforming Flydubai’s information technology to support passenger sales and service systems, including services such as electronic ticketing and real-time baggage tracking. The agreement will also extend to other strategic business areas such as revenue management, target monitoring, ancillary revenue and operational optimisation.
Flydubai has a fleet of 49 new Next-Generation Boeing 737-800 aircrafts operating to more than 90 destinations across Africa, Caucasus, Central Asia, Europe, the GCC, Middle East and the Subcontinent.
Ramesh Venkat, chief information Officer of Flydubai, said: “We welcome this agreement with Mindtree who bring their creativity, IT architectural design capabilities and experience of working within the aviation industry. We look forward to working together to further enhance efficiencies for the benefit of our passengers.”
