Henan Airport Group Co., Ltd., the operator of Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport (CGO), Friday signed an agreement with Azerbaijan cargo airline Silk Way Airlines (ZP) to strengthen their cooperation in air transport.

According to the agreement, the Baku-based carrier will increase the frequency of Zhengzhou-Baku-Hahn cargo flight to more than six flights a week from the current one flight a week. The Zhengzhou-Baku-Hahn service was opened in 2013.

Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport has 31 international cargo flights connecting the airport with destinations across the world. It is one of the fastest growing air freight hub airports in China.
