Dassault will introduce the fourth-generation EASy IV flight deck on newly built Falcon 2000LXS aircraft, while also making the upgrade available as a retrofit across the entire Falcon 2000 EASy fleet. The EASy IV platform delivers enhanced processing power, higher-resolution displays, and a range of advanced capabilities, including 2D and 3D airport moving maps, expanded Jeppesen chart functionality, and a next-generation flight management system featuring RNP approach capability. Paired with the FalconEye Combined Vision System, the upgrade further enhances situational awareness, enabling crews to operate more safely and confidently in challenging weather conditions and during low-visibility approaches.
Eric Trappier, Chairman/CEO, Dassault Aviation commented: “Dassault has consistently upgraded the 2000-series to improve performance, capability, comfort, and connectivity. This latest step keeps the flight deck at the leading edge and will keep the 2000-series a strong market competitor in the years ahead. It modernizes the existing fleet and enhances aircraft value.”
Carlos Brana, Executive Vice President, Civil Aircraft stated: “This upgrade is part of our philosophy of offering owners and operators the latest technology as a means of enhancing their personal productivity. The 2000-series has always been a standout for its ability to access almost any airport with comfort and efficiency. That market strength will be reinforced with the addition of the latest avionics.”
With more than 700 aircraft delivered since entering service in 1995, the Falcon 2000 family remains Dassault’s most successful business jet program. The decision to introduce the latest upgrade reflects the aircraft’s enduring appeal across global markets, while also ensuring compliance with evolving operational and regulatory requirements.
Offering a range of 4,000 nautical miles, the Falcon 2000LXS combines exceptional fuel efficiency with the renowned short-field performance that defines the Falcon family. At the same time, it delivers the spacious cabin comfort and versatility sought by operators worldwide.
