Angolan-based operator Bestfly is under going DCA of Aruba Air Operator Certification, for aircraft management and charter. Bestfly will become the first Angolan based aviation company to be awarded an AOC by Aruba.
Bestfly an IS-BAO certified operator established in 2009 has quickly become the market leader and one of the most recognized brands in the business aviation industry in Africa, with a market share of close to 80%. Their Aruban AOC will allow them to expand on the services they are already offering through their Angolan AOC, and help take their business to the next level.
Nuno Pereira, Managing Director of Bestfly said: “This is an important milestone for us and we are very pleased to have achieved it. Our clients that own aircrafts can now place their aircraft in the charter market with the aim of off-setting ownership costs. We anticipate an increase in activity as a result.”

The DCA of Aruba is delighted to be presenting Bestfly with their AOC Certification once all the necessary steps are in place and Mr. Jorge Colindres the CEO and Chairman of The Registry of Aruba stated; “We are thrilled to welcome Bestfly into our registry as a commercial operator, they have been a long time reputable operator at the registry under private operation and we are pleased to see how their organization has expanded and grown as well as honored that they chosen the Aruban P4 registry to fulfill this new chapter.”
