We believe that the testimonies of people who are content and happy working in business aviation may be one of the best ways to encourage young people to pursue careers in the field. Their perspective, their experience. Therefore, we invited that the General Aviation Service, an exceptional team, ask several station managers to respond to the questions that seemed to make the most sense to us. With great pleasure, we present Rosario Cañete, the Malaga Station Manager.
T.O. What was your way to work in GAS?
R.C. My relative who worked at GAS introduced me to the company, and this year marks my 17th year of employment there.
T.O. What makes you happy working in Aviation?
R.C. Getting to know fascinating people on a daily basis allows me to learn about various cultures and lifestyles.
T.O. What you wish GAS for next 45 years?
R.C. I always hope for the best for GAS, for the company and its employees, but at the very least I hope they have at least another 45 years to go.
T.O. What you would say to motivate future generations of aviation professionals?
R.C. I would encourage them to learn more about this industry and explain that, despite the fact that it will not be simple—the aviation industry is challenging—you will meet amazing people with whom you can accomplish great things. As an example, consider General Aviation Service, which began with very little forty-five years ago and now has so human and highly professional team that has worked hard to establish the company as a recognized one today.
For any flight to Malaga, remember that General Aviation Services has you covered!
