ExecuJet, part of the Luxaviation Group, has announced that its FBO facility in New Delhi, India, has gained the International Standard for Business Aircraft Handling (IS-BAH) Stage I accreditation.

The facility, a joint venture between ExecuJet and Bird Group Aviation Services, is located at Indira Gandhi International Airport and features a VVIP salon with five-star amenities, crew lounge area and a high-tech business centre.

Anurag Srivastava, CEO, Bird ExecuJet Airport Services Private Limited, says: “The recognition from International Business Aviation Council to award our New Delhi facility IS-BAH accreditation is testament to the outstanding service provided by all our staff at the facility. Since opening our doors last year, we have demonstrated outstanding performance levels in a range of key areas, including safety management, customer care and maintenance requirements and we look forward to improving these services even more.”

Ettore Poggi, Group FBO Director, Luxaviation Group, says: “It is a real pleasure to announce our New Delhi facility as the fifth in the ExecuJet network to be IS-BAH accredited, joining Berlin, Brussels, Lanseria and Zürich. We operate a universal standard of customer service, safety and quality across our entire network. We are particularly proud of this IS-BAH recognition, as it has been achieved within just 12 months of opening.

“The accreditation is an indication of ExecuJet's commitment to adhering to the highest standards in all aspects of the business aviation industry, but it is particularly pleasing to see that the hard work, dedication and passion shown by our team in Delhi has been recognised. Not only did the facility receive the accreditation, but there were also zero findings requiring improvement, which makes this even more special.”

IS-BAH is a joint programme between the International Business Aviation Council (IBAC) and the National Air Transportation Association (NATA).
