With new update of ATOM System our customers now see the details of their ground handling services in real time! The new feature ensures instant access to critical details such as aircraft readiness, crew, and passenger locations, catering deliveries, refueling schedules, and even de-icing fluid applications – every handling service and passengers, crew and aircraft movement is updated in real time.

Sergey Starkov, FCG OPS CEO. comented: “Time doesn’t stand still, and neither do we. Our system, which has already proven its usability, continues to evolve. Now, every step of ground handling is documented immediately, so there’s no need to worry about ground services being on time or double check by phone or e-mail if the catering is on board, has the fueling started or whether the passengers just arrived at the terminal or already onboard. Just open the link and instantly access all the information, down to the exact minute when events occur.”

Initially, this update is rolled out within FCG OPS handling network, covering more than 60 airports in Eastern Europe, the Baltic States, the Central Asia, and Scandinavia. The next phase of expansion is to include our FBO partners at major European airports, enhancing the quality of service by providing clients with live operational information.

FCG OPS system has already allowed clients to monitor the live status of requested services, including fuel orders, ground handling, crew and passenger transport, and flight or landing permits.

We are committed to creating an efficient and user-friendly environment that allows our clients to focus on their core operations, while we ensure they receive all necessary information promptly.
