Hillsboro Aviation has been designated as an authorized Airbus Helicopters Service Center. In 2016, Hillsboro was appointed Airbus Helicopter’s first-ever North American commercial sales agent in the aircraft manufacturer’s 47-year history. With its new service center appointment, Hillsboro Aviation is positioned to provide a comprehensive suite of services to customers, filling a long-awaited niche in the region. In addition to maintenance and upgrades, the company can now perform warranty work in addition to cost-competitive aircraft completions and Airbus OEM part sales.

Ryan McCartney, Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Hillsboro Aviation, commented: "We are thrilled to celebrate our long partnership with Airbus Helicopters with the addition of an authorized service center. As the only combined authorized reseller and service center in the Northwestern United States, we look forward to supporting the lifecycle of our customers' aircraft - from acquisition to maintenance and upgrades."

Niko Szodruch, Vice President of Support and Services of the North America Region for Airbus Helicopters, said: “Our team is pleased to officially recognize Hillsboro Aviation as an authorized service center for Airbus Helicopters, and fully trust their capability to effectively assist our customer network. We are confident that our customers in the region will appreciate having Hillsboro Aviation, the only Airbus Helicopters authorized service center in Oregon, as a new choice for meeting their helicopter maintenance needs.”
