Jet Excellence, a leading U.S. charter operator, will retrofit its entire fleet of Cessna Citation X aircraft with the advanced Gogo Galileo HDX connectivity solution. To support the fleet-wide upgrade, Jet Excellence is leveraging Gogo’s flexible financing program, enabling the operator to accelerate deployment of next-generation inflight connectivity while effectively managing investment costs.

The announcement follows the recent award of a Federal Aviation Administration Supplemental Type Certificate for the Citation X platform. Installation work, carried out by Araina Aviation, is set to begin immediately.

As a key provider of aircraft capacity to many of the business aviation industry's leading fractional ownership, membership, and charter providers, Jet Excellence is focused on delivering a premium passenger experience across its operations. By equipping its entire Citation X fleet with Gogo Galileo HDX, the operator will provide customers with reliable, high-speed connectivity, ensuring a consistent inflight digital experience throughout its fleet.

McQueen Campbell, CEO at Jet Excellence commented: “Reliable inflight connectivity has become a crucial part of the service our customers expect us to provide. Gogo Galileo gives us the performance and global coverage needed to support passengers who want to remain productive and entertained throughout their flights. Gogo’s financing solution also gives us a practical way to introduce that capability across our fleet on an accelerated schedule.”

Christopher Moore, Chief Executive Officer for Gogo stated: “Jet Excellence operates in an environment where aircraft availability, operating economics and a consistent passenger experience are all critical. Our role is not simply to provide connectivity, but to help customers choose, integrate and support the solution that's right for their operation. By combining Gogo Galileo with flexible financing, we're making it easier for operators to modernize their fleets and invest with confidence.”

Gogo Galileo leverages Eutelsat OneWeb’s enterprise-grade low Earth orbit (LEO) satellite network to deliver fast, low-latency connectivity on a global scale. The system enables passengers and crew to stay seamlessly connected throughout the flight, supporting bandwidth-intensive activities such as video conferencing, streaming, email access, messaging and web browsing across multiple devices simultaneously.

At the heart of the solution is the Galileo HDX electronically steered antenna, a compact, lightweight and aerodynamically efficient system designed to deliver reliable high-speed performance while minimizing power consumption. The platform is tailored to meet the connectivity requirements of a wide range of aircraft, from turboprops and light jets to large-cabin business aircraft.

To further simplify adoption, Gogo offers a flexible financing program that allows operators to spread equipment costs over a five-year period, making next-generation inflight connectivity more accessible and easier to deploy across fleets.

Reflecting Gogo’s customer-centric approach, operators also benefit from predictable pricing, round-the-clock multilingual technical support, and robust commitments to data privacy and cybersecurity. Built on a scalable and future-ready architecture, Gogo Galileo is designed to evolve alongside emerging connectivity technologies and changing operational demands, ensuring long-term value for operators and passengers alike.
