One month and what a multitude of projects accomplished - AMAC Aerospace goes the extra mile to satisfy customers . A light on some of the projects for the month of April 2023. 

Maintenance project on Boeing B737

AMAC Aerospace re-delivered a Boeing B737 after a maintenance input. AMAC technicians from the Boeing Team accomplished an 1A and 2A base maintenance check on the privately-owned aircraft. The team carried out AD’s and SB’s lists and the aircraft was re-delivered to AMAC long-term customer.

Three Accomplished Gulfstream Maintenance Projects – End of March 2023

AMAC Aerospace re-delivered three privately-owned Gulfstream aircraft. The first Gulfstream to leave AMAC facilities was a Gulfstream G550. AMAC team performed a 1C, 2C, 3C, 4C, 8C and 16C Check. The team also removed the entire cabin to carry out maintenance tasks and cosmetic enhancements. The team also accomplished some structural corrosion repairs. Once the cabin was re-installed, the G550 was re-delivered to the customer.

A Gulfstream G450 arrived in Basel, Switzerland to undergo a ‘PPI’ (Pre-Purchase Inspection) and a 1C and 2C maintenance check. After having changed one of the engines, AMAC Aerospace handed over the G450 to the new owner. A new customer requested base maintenance input at short notice. AMAC’s Managers reacted quickly: the Gulfstream G550 was accepted and dropped in at short notice, in AMAC’s Hangar 5. AMAC’s Gulfstream team performed the base maintenance input on the South African G550.

Maintenance Projects Completed by AMAC Aerospace: AOG on Bombardier Global 7500 & Maintenance Input on Challenger 300

AMAC Aerospace demonstrated the ability to respond quickly to AOG support requests. A long-term customer had a problem with his Bombardier Global 7500 and called AMAC for support. AMAC Aerospace responded immediately and accepted the aircraft. The experienced Bombardier Team re-delivered the privately-owned aircraft within two days. A Bombardier Challenger arrived in Basel, Switzerland, to undergo a ‘PPI’. AMAC Aerospace performed an annual maintenance check, a ‘PPI’ and changed the registration number. In early April, AMAC Aerospace handed over the aircraft to its new owner.

Maintenance and Refurbishment Input on Boeing B777

AMAC Aerospace released a Boeing B777 in Basel, Switzerland. AMAC Boeing Team performed multiple C Check packages and a due maintenance input on the Head of State aircraft. Furthermore, they carried out a structural corrosion repair and partial cabin interior refurbishments. AMAC long-term client was very happy about the accomplished maintenance and refurbishments tasks and the aircraft went back to its operations.

C Check Package and Refurbishment Accomplished on Boeing B747

A long-term customer of AMAC brought his Boeing B747 to Basel, Switzerland where a C Check package was performed. During the maintenance input, the In-Flight Entertainment system was upgraded and the completion team was busy in enhancing the cabin of the Head of State aircraft. In early April, the B747 was re-delivered to AMAC’s valued customer.

Completed Maintenance on Airbus A320neo

AMAC Aerospace welcomed back an Airbus A320neo of a long-term customer. AMAC accomplished a green completion on this Head of State aircraft. The A320neo arrived in Basel, Switzerland to undergo a 1A inspection including annual and due maintenance checks. Before releasing the aircraft, AMAC’s completion team checked the interior and performed small cosmetic touch ups to the customer’s fullest satisfaction.

AMAC Aerospace Re-Delivered two Gulfstream Aircraft

AMAC Aerospace re-delivered two Gulfstream aircraft back to their esteem clients. An Annual manitenance check was performed on a Gulfstream G550. The long-term client of AMAC Aerospace was happy to be back on his missions. A Gulfstream G650 underwent an annual due maintenance package and AMAC’s experienced technicians re-delivered the aircraft on time to AMAC’s new customer.
