NetJets is elevating its premium ground experience with the introduction of new exclusive-use private terminals at Dallas Love Field (DAL), Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) and Colorado’s Rifle Garfield County Airport (RIL). In West Palm Beach, the company is also relocating to a larger, purpose-built facility at Donald J. Trump International Airport (DJT), reflecting growing demand for its bespoke travel services.
The strategic expansion reinforces NetJets’ commitment to delivering unparalleled convenience, privacy and operational excellence. By investing in dedicated infrastructure across key markets, the company continues to enhance the seamless, highly personalized journey that has become synonymous with the NetJets ownership experience throughout the United States.
Patrick Gallagher, President, NetJets Aviation commented: “As Owner demand continues to grow across key business, leisure, and seasonal destinations, NetJets is investing in the infrastructure to deliver an unmatched experience while supporting the service and reliability our Owners expect where they fly most.”
Exclusive-use terminals provide NetJets Owners with access to dedicated facilities designed to deliver the highest levels of privacy, comfort and personalized service. Staffed by on-site NetJets Service Representatives, these private terminals ensure every aspect of the travel experience is seamlessly coordinated, from arrival to departure. Each facility features refined lounges, executive meeting spaces and carefully curated design elements inspired by the local character of its region.
With every new exclusive-use terminal, NetJets reinforces its commitment to a service philosophy centered on individuality and precision, creating an experience tailored to each Owner while maintaining the company’s uncompromising safety standards.
NetJets’ global footprint now spans more than 50 locations worldwide, including corporate offices, regional support centers, dedicated private terminals and NetJets Service Hubs®. These specialized facilities serve as operational centers where aircraft are meticulously detailed, provisioned and, at select locations, proactively maintained to support the reliability and consistency synonymous with the NetJets brand.

Dallas Love Field (DAL)
As one of NetJets’ most important operational gateways, Dallas Love Field has experienced sustained growth, with flight activity increasing by more than 25% since 2022. To support this demand, NetJets is developing a new 114,000-square-foot exclusive-use campus scheduled to open in late 2028. Created in partnership with Signature Aviation®, the complex will feature a flagship private terminal alongside a second NetJets Service Hub hangar, complementing the maintenance facility introduced in 2021 and further strengthening aircraft readiness across the southern United States.
Designed to reflect the character of the region, the terminal will showcase sophisticated Southwest-inspired interiors, blending natural stone and warm organic materials. Enhanced vehicle parking and a dedicated airside access point will ensure a seamless transition between ground and air.
Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD)
A key gateway for the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, Dulles consistently ranks among NetJets’ most frequented destinations. Beginning in early 2027, NetJets will transform the first two levels of an existing three-story Signature Aviation facility into an exclusive 14,000-square-foot environment dedicated to its Owners.
The reimagined space will emphasize openness, flow and connectivity, anchored by a striking grand staircase linking both levels. Thoughtfully designed to accommodate both business and leisure travelers, the facility will feature elegant lounges, generous seating areas, a dedicated family space and private VIP suites, creating a refined and highly functional travel experience.
Rifle Garfield County Airport (RIL)
With the upcoming runway renovation at Aspen/Pitkin County Airport, Rifle Garfield County Airport is poised to become a critical access point to one of the United States’ most sought-after mountain destinations. Anticipating increased demand, NetJets expects its new facility to be operational by early 2027, ahead of the Aspen airport closure.
Developed in partnership with Vantage Aviation, the purpose-built complex will include a state-of-the-art 6,000-square-foot private terminal and a dedicated aircraft hangar designed to protect the fleet from harsh winter conditions while ensuring year-round operational readiness. Owners will benefit from convenient access to this highly desirable destination, while enjoying a welcoming terminal environment featuring panoramic mountain views and a design language inspired by Colorado’s natural landscape.
Donald J. Trump International Airport (DJT)
NetJets is further enhancing its presence in South Florida through a significant expansion at Donald J. Trump International Airport in West Palm Beach. In collaboration with Signature Aviation, the company will relocate to a larger exclusive-use terminal designed to elevate the Owner experience through expanded amenities, increased vehicle parking and additional dedicated ramp space for NetJets aircraft.
The new facility will increase the company's footprint from 10,000 to 15,000 square feet, reinforcing its capacity at one of the network’s busiest locations. As the fourth-busiest airport in the NetJets system, DJT continues to serve as a premier gateway for both seasonal and year-round Owners traveling to and from South Florida.
Through continued investment in private terminals, operational hubs and support infrastructure, NetJets is advancing a long-term vision centered on exceptional access, operational excellence and highly personalized service, further strengthening the premium ownership experience that defines the brand.
