New research from Global Jet Capital reveals that 56 mid to heavy/large private jets were delivered to the Middle East in 2014 and 2015, with a combined value of over $2.8 billion. Global Jet Capital said these aircraft typically cost between $25 million and $75 million each, and up to 80% of the funding used to purchase these is sourced through external financing.
The largest number of deliveries were to Turkey (13), followed by Saudi Arabia (12) and the UAE (10).
