VOO will be attending the NBAA-BACE conference in Las Vegas, Nevada, from October 22-24, 2024. VOO is set to revolutionize the U.S. market with its innovative solution that simplifies charter flight bookings. By replacing familiar but outdated and time-consuming quote-requesting processes with a state-of-the-art automated solution, VOO aims to realize its revolutionary vision and deliver the value of running a charter business and booking business jet flights in a modern secured way across the ocean.

Robert Plhak, CEO at VOO flights commented: “We are excited to return to NBAA-BACE and showcase to the U.S. business aviation community the significant advancements our platform has made since our first appearance. The VOO marketplace has evolved and developed to offer even more benefits to business aviation charter professionals. This is where we are happy to introduce our new cancellation calculator feature, which further enhances VOO’s ability to optimize charter operations and provide exceptional value to all our users. Our platform is designed to eliminate industry pain points and provide a more efficient, transparent and convenient experience. We believe VOO offers the perfect tool and we are confident it will resonate with the U.S. business aviation market, which is ready for a modern, automated charter booking solution.”

With a strong foundation built on its 2022 appearance, following a successful product launch and exhibition at the 2022 NBAA-BACE event, VOO is eager to showcase its enhanced platform to the American market and is confident in its ability to captivate the U.S. business aviation community, establishing itself as a provider of an innovative charter booking solution. The two-times award winner in 2024, recognized for its groundbreaking technology with Technology Innovation of the Year Award and for the ground-breaking products and services in aviation for its pioneering instant booking technology, VOO is poised to make a significant impact on the American business aviation market.

As a testament to its innovative approach, VOO has recently introduced two new purpose-built features designed to cater to unique market needs. The instant booking functionality, launched in partnership with GlobeAir but available to every operator – a first-to-market feature that eliminates the analog, multiple-steps charter booking process and the need for separate booking requests and operators’ confirmations, turning VOO into a one-stop shop that simplifies the entire booking process and saves brokers and operators valuable time. The other function, a tailored empty legs section, introduced at Air Charter Expo 2024 – ACE 24 – in London, offers brokers and operators a dedicated tool to efficiently visualize and utilize empty flights and provide cost-effective flight options to their customers.

At NBAA-BACE, VOO will also unveil another valuable addition to its software: a new cancellation calculator feature. This new feature further simplifies the booking process, providing operators with a comprehensive overview of the impact of a cancellation, including detailed flight and cost information. With flexible cancellation fee adjustments and centralized access to all relevant data, operators can make informed decisions and effectively manage cancellations. The overview page provides a complete list of all flight folders that are directly or indirectly affected by the cancellation, which helps operators better understand and plan for the cancellation.

With this comprehensive set of features, VOO is poised to become a sought-after solution for the American business aviation charter market. At NBAA-BACE, the company will be showcasing its platform to pre-ordered future customers and all interested charter professionals. With a large number of attendees expected, VOO anticipates significant interest and engagement throughout the three-day event.
