On November 5, Li Jian, Deputy Chief of Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) met with Ian Thomas, President of Boeing China and Co-Chairman of U.S.-China Aviation Cooperation Program (ACP) in Beijing.
During the meeting, the two parties signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) aimed at promoting cooperation in aviation safety, according to information released on the CAAC's website.
