JetLease Capital has arranged and completed a $2 million loan for a Cessna Citation CJ2 business jet. The jet will be based in the Midwest United States.

The transaction was structured as a 7 year term loan, 15 year amortisation, 80% LTV. The client is a high net worth individual/entrepreneur engaged in the real estate industry.

JetLease Capital is based at the West Palm Beach Florida Airport and specialises in corporate aircraft financing transactions including term loans, leases, and bridge loan structures for fixed wing aircraft and helicopters.
