Singapore Technologies Engineering Ltd (ST Engineering) today updated that further to its announcement made on 31 August 2015, the incorporation of the following new companies has been completed.

Company name: Keystone 1 Limited

Country of incorporation: UK

Company name: Keystone 2 Limited
Paid-up capital: US$1.00
Country of incorporation: UK

Company name: Keystone Capital (Ireland) Limited
Paid-up capital: US$1.00
Country of incorporation: Ireland

Company name: Keystone 3 Limited
Paid-up capital: US$1.00
Country of incorporation: Ireland

The setting up of the companies is not expected to have any material impact on the consolidated net tangible assets per share and earnings per share of ST Engineering for the current financial year.
