ALSIM launches brand-new AL2006 simulator, specifically designed to replicate the Tecnam P2006T NG aircraft – widely recognized as the world’s most fuel-efficient twin-engine aircraft and a benchmark in modern twin-engine aviation. The AL2006 faithfully reproduces the Tecnam P2006T NG, a highly regarded, cost-efficient multi-engine trainer. Designed to EASA FNPT II and FTD Level 5 standards, offering a full-size flight deck replica, a semi-enclosed instructor station, active control loading, and a specific flight model based on aircraft flight characteristics.

For maximum realism, the AL2006 is equipped with an immersive visual system featuring three high-definition laser projectors, enhanced by a vibration cueing system, and delivering an impressive 210° x 50° field of view. It also includes the original Garmin G1000 NXi and GFC 700 autopilot, ensuring an authentic experience that closely replicates the real aircraft’s cockpit environment — a world first for a P2006T NG simulator.

Jean-Paul Monnin, Co-founder and President of ALSIM, commented: “We are proud to introduce the AL2006 to the market. This new simulator complements our growing range of aircraft-specific devices, following the successful launches of the ALSR G7 (replicating the Cirrus SR Series G7) and AL100i (replicating the Piper Pilot100i) earlier this year. ALSIM continues to deliver cutting-edge simulators that elevate pilot training programs worldwide.“

Several flight schools, including Professional Aviation (Italy) and Smart Aviation (Poland), have already chosen to integrate the AL2006 into their training programs.
