ATP Flight School hosts Alumni Career Expo featuring 20 airline and industry partners

On October 1, ATP Flight School will welcome nearly 500 aspiring airline pilots to its Arlington, Texas training center for an exclusive career expo featuring 20 airline and industry partners. Attendees will have the chance to network with pilot recruiters and airline representatives from major carriers such as American, Delta, Frontier, United, SkyWest and more.

Strong demand for airline pilots continues to create opportunities across the industry, though competition remains intense as many carriers prioritize hiring through established cadet pipelines. ATP students gain a competitive advantage through access to every regional airline cadet program, and the career expo serves as a direct connection point between students, alumni and airline recruiters, reinforcing ATP's airline-backed Career Tracks™ pathway.

The event reflects ATP's broader commitment to long-term alumni success. Through the ATP Alumni Association, the company has invested more than $460,000 in career support and professional development initiatives for graduates since the start of 2025.

In 2026, ATP doubled the number of sponsored aviation conference passes available to alumni and instructors, creating additional opportunities to connect with recruiters, industry leaders and professional networks. The school also continues to award a fully sponsored ATP CTP and A320 Type Rating each quarter, helping alumni build qualifications for airline careers.

To further support career advancement, ATP expanded its partnership with Spitfire Elite to offer discounted and fully sponsored interview preparation. The initiative has also provided targeted assistance to displaced Spirit Airlines pilots seeking new opportunities across the airline industry.
