Dassault Aviation 2026 Falcon Regional Maintenance & Operations seminar series will kick off March 24-25 in Paris, France. The series will move to Charlotte, North Carolina; Dallas, Texas; and Toluca, Mexico; before concluding in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia October 14-15. All the M&Os, except Toluca, will feature two days of sessions designed to provide more in-depth information to operators and will offer multiple opportunities for networking and information sharing – including an offsite evening outing. The Toluca meeting will hold a single full day format.
The decision to hold a full-fledged event in Kuala Lumpur follows two straight years of successful customer briefings there that drew high attendance and extremely positive feedback.
Jean Kayanakis, Senior Vice President, Worldwide Customer Service and Service Center Network commented: “Customer feedback shows that operators continue to be enthusiastic about the longer two-day format and greatly value the additional content and face-to-face interactions they afford. The seminars are critical to helping us understand what we are doing well and what we can do better to further optimize the Falcon customer experience.”
As in the past, this year’s events will feature presentations on the latest Falcon programs, as well as the usual breakout sessions for pilots, cabin crew and technicians.
Product and service updates will include information on Dassault MRO network expansion and the Melbourne, Florida maintenance, repair & overhaul center which opened July 7 and greatly expanded maintenance capacity in our key North and South American market
