Directorate General of Civil Aviation in Indonesia has recently granted FL Technics Indonesian branch, a global provider of integrated aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul services, with base maintenance approval AMO-145. Immediately after the approval, FL Technics Indonesia has announced signing C-check agreement for Tri-M.G.’s Boeing 737 CL.

The recently received AMO-145 base maintenance approval allows FL Technics to provide full base maintenance service package for all Indonesia-registered clients owning Boeing type aircraft. The approval was instantly followed by the base maintenance deal to provide C-check for the Indonesian cargo airline Tri-M.G. Based in Jakarta, air carrier operates a fleet of 5 Boeing 737-300s and 1 Hawker 400/Beechcraft 400.

“We are extremely happy to welcome first C-check client Tri-M.G at our Indonesian hangar. Expanding service scope overseas is yet another proof of our exceptional service quality and expectations-exceeding client service. To fully utilize the equipment which has been granted an investment of €4 million and further expansion strategy we plan to enlarge technical staff to more than 200 employees until the end of the year in Indonesia,” comments Martynas Grigalavicius, CEO of FL Technics Indonesia.

Repair and maintenance activities of Trig-M.G.’s Boeing 737 CL are expected to start in June. The scope of the cargo aircraft C-check work will include, but will not be limited to basic C5 inspection, corrosion prevention and control program, AD/SB compliance, SIP, etc.

FL Technics owns MRO hangars in Lithuania and Indonesia. The latter is based at the largest and busiest Soekarno-Hatta International Airport in Jakarta, Indonesia. 15000 sq. m. facility can accommodate up to 3 narrow-body aircraft at a time.
