Jet Flight Service received EASA Part 145 certification covering almost all types of Gulfstream aircraft, including G450, G550 and G650, as it continues to expand its maintenance services in FBO RIGA based MRO station. The certification was carried out by the Civil Aviation Agency of Latvia. JF Service is already supporting a number of European and Russian operators of Gulfstream business jets. Ultimately, by offering both line and base maintenance capabilities at the Riga station the company will be able to service a larger number of its customer fleet and break ground for new business opportunities.

The pandemic did not prevent JF Service from successfully completing in Riga one of the largest inspections on Gulfstream G450 aircraft (8C / 96-months), as well as the largest inspection to date on Embraer Legacy 600 (4С / 192-months), which included interior renovation, local painting, as well as many mandatory and optional improvements. Both aircraft have already been delivered back to customers.
“JF Service has always put the priorities and needs of its customers at the forefront of its growth strategy. Despite pandemic-related restrictions and bans on international flights in a number of countries, we have continued to expand our services and grow our global footprint by providing high-quality and seamless support not only in Latvia and Russia, but also in the near and far abroad. We highly value the trust of our customers and will continue to expand our capabilities for their benefit”, said Frantisek Budin, JF Service Base Maintenance Manager in Riga.

“We are excited to see a growing number of business aviation operators choosing JF Service for scheduled aircraft maintenance. The capabilities of our Riga station allow us to simultaneously service up to six business aircraft: from Embraer Legacy 450 to Gulfstream G650. With the convenient geographical location of Riga and the professionalism of the JF Service team, we are aimed at attracting new partners from Europe, Russia and other regions”, said Kirill Trushkovsky, Director of JF Service.
