StandardAero Signs PT6A/PW100 Engine MRO and Guaranteed LRU Exchange Partnership

StandardAero has signed a new, exclusive, two-year partnership agreement with Johannesburg, South Africa-based Solenta Aviation Workshop Ltd., to provide a guaranteed LRU, MRO and exchange program to support Solenta's PT6A/PW100 engine operations.

As a strategic partner, the program is specifically designed to provide Solenta Aviation Workshop with highly customized service options to proactively support the company's expansive worldwide operation.

Per the agreement, StandardAero will provide an exhaustive suite of services, which will include engine LRU repair, engine LRU exchange, service bulletins and airworthiness directives recommendations, unscheduled and AOG support, trouble shooting support and program management.

StandardAero will provide services at the company's maintenance facilities in Winnipeg, Canada and Tilburg, The Netherlands.

StandardAero is a Pratt & Whitney Canada (P&WC) PT6A/PW100 Designated Overhaul Facility (DOF), including Distributor rights on the PT6A (DDOF). With more than 25 years of reliable turboprop experience, the company provides options and recommendations that are tailored to specific operator needs. StandardAero's technicians, facilities and infrastructure have been specifically designed for P&WC PT6A/PW100 component repair and maintenance events with the goal of minimizing downtime and reducing operator costs.
