Alsim ALX chosen by Sevenair Academy. The ALSIM ALX provides single engine piston, twin engine piston up and twin jets (generic B737/A320). The device is designed and approved for ATPL, CPL/MCC  and APS MCC in compliance with all current regulatory standards. It has a proven track record for cost-effectiveness and helps save numerous aircraft hours.

“Having operated an ALSIM AL200 simulator for the last 10 years with the great results and in the pursuit of acquiring the new simulators, we have decided to buy an ALSIM ALX. The technology integration, the user-friendly systems and layout and the very strong sales and after-sales support from ALSIM convinced us after a very tough tender process. Our 300 pilot students will be more than thrilled to train on this state-of-the-art simulator” according to Alexandre Alves, Chief Commercial Officer of Sevenair Academy.

Nicolas de Lassus, Alsim’s Sales Account Manager, adds: “We are very pleased to continue this long-term relationship with Sevenair Academy, as they have been using an ALSIM simulator for almost 10 years now. Adding an ALX flight simulator will enable the school to provide high-quality courses to their students, in accordance with their training standards. Sevenair is growing fast for the last years, ALSIM is very proud to support them and to be part of this growth. We look forward to continue this successful cooperation between our two companies.”

Based in Portugal and operating for more than 30 years, Sevenair Academy is part of Sevenair Group which is the largest general aviation organization in Portugal and one of the leading independent training organizations in Europe holding EASA ATO and Part 147 approvals.

With a fleet of 23 airplanes of which 14 bought in the last 3 years Sevenair Academy has a very ambitious expansion plan in which the quality of training and the equipment to provide that training is key.
